Bargain hunter Kyle James, who runs the website Rather-Be-Shopping.com, has put together a list of eight money savings tips to help shoppers find the best deals on Amazon.

James recommends Amazon shoppers reach out to an “chat rep” to get price protection for up to 7 days after the item is delivered.  If you notice the price of your item has dropped, James’ site Rather-Be-Shopping.com says you should reach out to an Amazon rep online and ask for price adjustment,

To monitor Amazon’s prices, James suggests shoppers a bargain shopping websites like CamelCamelCamel.com. The website will email you when Amazon drops its price on an item you are monitoring.

If your an Amazon Prime member, and your package doesn’t arrive on-time,  James says you may be able to get a free 1-month extension of your Prime membership.

Also, James says you should watch for coupons on Amazon’s site. “Most shoppers I talk to have no idea they exist because they’re hard to find on their website,” James said.

Amazon has a special section dedicated to coupons, and James says savvy shoppers can score deals by monitoring the offerings.
