Twenty “Los Trompos” (Spinning Tops), will make their Florida debut on the city’s Great Lawn on June 2. The display will run through August 28. The City Commission on April 11 approved $100,000 for the interactive art project by Mexican designers Hector Esrawe and Ignacio Cadena.
