AT&T said Wednesday that it has strengthened more than 170 cell sites in South Florida to handle more network traffic.
The upgrades will improve reliability, coverage, speed, and overall performance.
Areas benefiting from the cell site include cities in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Cities with enhanced towers in Palm Beach County include Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Jupiter, Lake Worth, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach.
“We work hard to deliver a great network experience for our customers where they live, work and play,” said AT&T Florida President Joe York. “That’s why we continue to invest in our South Florida networks.”
