Indian River County Attorney Dylan Reingold said Friday that although the county did not agree with the decision, it has decided not to challenge the June 10 ruling.

“I have decided not to appeal that decision,” Reingold said.

Indian River County had sought a preliminary injunction to block the sale of the bonds by the Florida Development Finance Corp.
