The Ft. Lauderdale-based company said it has signed a franchise deal with MOD Super Fast Pizza Holdings to open the restaurants over the next seven years. The company’s initial focus will be on the South Florida and Orlando markets.  Exact locations have not been announced, but the BBX hopes to open its first MOD franchise in the second quarter of 2017.

MOD currently has 152 locations across 18 states and the United Kingdom.
