The website on Monday leaked a copy of Target’s annual holiday toy catalog, which it said shows the retailer plans to offer free shipping on holiday orders.

Target has always offered free shipping to customers who use the store’s REDcard to pay for online purchases.  The change would extend those savings to all Target shoppers.

The holiday toy catalog features 738 items. To drive traffic into its stores, BfAds.net said Target plans to use its Cartwheel app to offer 50 percent off a different toy item each day between Nov. 1 and Christmas Eve.
