Black Friday 2016: Many stores to repeat deals from last year

If you are hitting the stores on Thanksgiving or Black Friday, you may see some of the same deals you found last year.

A study by the website found that 96 percent of retailers (24 out of the 25 surveyed) will repeat at least one of the Black Friday deals they offered last year. Roughly 80 percent of stores this year will offer at least five of the deals they had in 2015, the study found.

Of those stores with repeat deals, about half will be charging more this year.  The average price increase was nearly $12, the study found.

The survey looked at the biggest Black Friday retailers, including Walmart, Target and Best Buy.
