These new eateries, businesses are coming to West Palm Beach

Two new restaurants and two new businesses are set to open early next year at Village Commons, a 169,118 square-foot shopping center off Village Boulevard in West Palm Beach.

PitaBar, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has signed a 5 year lease for 2,245-sqaure-feet of space in the shopping center. The eatery is set to open in March, according to officials with the shopping hub.

Aroma Indian Cuisine will be opening a 3,828-square-foot, sit-down restaurant in February, officials said.

Oxxo Care Cleaners and Reel Clips have both signed 10-year leases for space at the shopping center. Both businesses plan to open early next year.

Meanwhile, Smoke Inn will be relocating to a larger space in the shopping enter, with an opening date set for March, officials said.

Atlanta-based real estate investment firm Jamestown LLC bought the shopping center on Village Boulevard in July 2014. Jamestown LLC said it has invested $6.5 million to beautify the shopping center.

A new Publix opened at shopping center last year. The grocery store replaced an existing store that was closed in 2014. The building was demolished and a new one was built in its place.
