DEAL ALERT: These stores are closing in Palm Beach County

The Westward Shopping Center lost three large tenants — Old Navy, Sports Authority and PetSmart — when the Marketplace area at Palm Beach Outlets opened in 2014. The 300,000-square-foot Marketplace at the Outlets houses roughly 20 stores, most of which will are national chains and big box retailers, including the recently opened Whole Foods.img_6547

Since the exodus, Westward has gone through a rebirth.

Burlington, a national off-price retailer, opened in space that once housed Sports Authority. A Harbor Freight opened in Old Navy’s old spot.
