The company said its ingredients include butters, cacao extract, botanical oils and silk amino acids.
“Natural Kerr resulted from my daily struggle dealing with split ends and stagnant hair growth, breakage, and frizz,” said founder Judith Cruz-Burnstine. “I was determined to find natural alternatives to damaging silicone derived conditioners, keratins that use formaldehyde and lye containing relaxers and turned to the Dominican homemade beauty recipes I grew up with. Who would have thought that going back to my cultural roots would not only solve my own unruly hair problems but would be the inspiration for a line of hair and skin products that can work for everyone.”
The “Live 360° Indoor Farmer’s Market” kicks off on Saturday (June 10) and will feature freshly baked breads, plants, flowers, jams, jellies, honey, specialty dips, and gluten-free items. There will also be musical performances and demonstrations by local artists.

J.C. Penney’s two Palm Beach County stores, at Wellington Green and Boynton Beach Mall, will remain open.
Overall, J.C. Penney will shutter 138 stores across the country — almost a quarter of the total in just in four states. Nine will close in Texas, eight in Minnesota and seven each in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Store close-out sales, the company said, will start in April and the stores will be closed by the middle of June. After that, J.C. Penney will still list about 900 stores.
“Our leasing team is actively pursuing another retailer for this location and we will announce it when details are confirmed,” said Rachelle Crain, a spokeswoman for the mall.

The Wellington store is one of two William-Sonoma locations set to close next month. The company’s store at the Mall of America in Minnesota will also close on Jan. 16, according to The Pioneer Press.
